Our faculty and students attended the conference of Chinese Society of Natural Dialectics to commemorate the 200th anniversary of Engels' birth and the annual academic conference in 2020

On October 10, 2020, the main event of the conference commemorating the 200th anniversary of Engels' birth and the 2020 Academic Conference was held in Beijing, hosted by the Chinese Society for the Study of Natural Dialectics. Experts and scholars from the fields of natural dialectics, Marxist theory and other philosophical and social sciences, as well as related disciplines such as natural science, engineering and technology, participated in the event to exchange their experiences in the development of the cause of natural dialectics. Professor Pan Enrong, Researcher Bao Dawei, Associate Professor Wang Xiaomei, Doctoral student Sun Zongling and Master's student Chen Jingzhi of our institute were invited to attend the conference. After two days of exchange and study, our students and faculty revisited the ideas of Marx and Engels on natural dialectics, gained a deeper understanding of the relevant research in domestic academia, and strengthened their confidence to deepen their understanding of natural dialectics in dialogue and exchange, and to explore the common issues facing humanity from the interaction between China and the world.
