School of Marxism 2020 Young Teachers Teaching Competition was successfully held

On October 23, 2020, the 2020 Young Teachers Teaching Competition of the College of Marxism of Zhejiang University was held in Room 107 of the Equine College Building on Zijingang Campus. Wang Qin, director of the Women's Work Committee of the university labor union, Li Xiaodong, secretary of the party committee of the college, Zhang Yan, vice dean, Yu Zhengxiang, teaching supervisor, and directors of teaching and research centers served as judges. The event was presided over by Vice Dean Prof. Zhang Yan. After the on-site demonstration, the expert judges gave detailed guidance and suggestions from teaching design, teaching content, teaching organization, language teaching style and teaching characteristics and style. After the evaluation of the expert judges, Zhao Kun and Bao Dawei won the first prize; Yao Mingming, Chi Buyun and Fang Rui won the second prize; Wang Xiaomei, Sang Jianquan, Pang Yi and Chen Dan won the third prize.

Young teachers are the main force of the teaching team in colleges and universities and are the main bearers of teaching work. The College of Marxism aims to further deepen the education and teaching reform of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities and effectively improve the teaching ability and level of young teachers of ideological and political theory courses by carrying out the teaching competition for young teachers, meanwhile, this activity also builds a platform for young teachers to exchange and learn, and creates a good teaching seminar atmosphere in the college.
