Wim Ravesteijn教授简介：
荷兰代尔夫特理工大学(Delft University of Technology)技术、政策与管理学部技术动力学与可持续发展系主任，哈尔滨工业大学访问学者，研究专长为水资源管理、社会-技术系统与可持续发展、国家创新体系与技术体制。荷兰阿姆斯特丹大学文化人类学博士。代表作有：
